Majored in economics and accounting at Hebrew University, with a master’s degree in law (LL.M)from Bar-Ilan University. Specializes in audit of private companies and internal audit of governmental offices, publicly traded companies and non-profit organizations. Experienced in  special  audit projects for governmental offices, due diligence, valuations and professional opinions in court.
